The 2nd Cambridge International VATS Symposium was held successfully from October 16th to 17th in Cambridge, United Kingdom. This special issue edited by Guest Editor Dr. Marco Scarci, Cambridge, UK, aims to highlight the surgical techniques on VATS shared and demonstrated during the symposium to surgeons all around the world, which we hope will also be conducive to patients as well as the growth of young surgeons.
