DNA methylation analysis for the treatment of meningiomas
Abstract
In 2016, the WHO newly revised the classification system for CNS tumors to support the development of an integrated approach that incorporates both histological examination and molecular genetic analysis in diagnosing patients. While most WHO grade I tumors are benign, it is poorly understood why a very small percentage of these tumors progress.
